At CUORE, everything revolves around individuality. Every team, every event, every design tells its own story – and we’re here to bring that story to life together with you, our customers. But let’s be honest: creating a design briefing can be quite a challenge. What do I actually want? Which colors, what mood, what style fits my team? Answering these questions isn’t always easy – and that’s exactly where our newest team member comes in: Nova, our AI Design Assistant.
Over the past years, we’ve had countless conversations with teams all around the world. Again and again, one challenge kept coming up: the design briefing. It’s not always easy to put ideas into words or to find the right visual references. For our sales managers, that often meant lots of emails, back-and-forth communication, and plenty of follow-ups – all to capture the perfect vision in the customer’s mind.
So we asked ourselves: How can we make this process more dynamic, more interactive, more convenient – and above all, easier for you – without losing the personal touch?
That’s where Nova comes in. Our AI Design Assistant engages in a natural conversation with our customers, asks the right questions, and automatically creates a clear, structured design briefing. Everything that’s discussed is visible at all times – creating a single source of truth for customers, designers, and sales managers alike. One thing is especially important to us: Nova is an internal CUORE tool – developed and trained by us. All information stays within CUORE – confidential, secure, and protected.

Nova doesn’t replace our designers or sales team. On the contrary, she supports them by helping to identify the design direction a customer wants, what fits their style, and what ideas already exist. Nova can even analyze images, detect color schemes, and describe design styles in words – putting an end to endless back-and-forth, long email chains, and misunderstandings.
And the best part: Nova speaks every language. No matter where our customer is based – or whether our designer is working from Italy, Australia, the USA, or Switzerland – the briefing is automatically translated and shared seamlessly with the designer.
Julien, CBO at CUORE and part of Nova’s development team, puts it this way: “At the end of the day, our goal at CUORE is always the same: to continuously evolve and offer our customers the best possible experience and service. Nova takes us a big step closer to that goal – with clearer briefings, smoother processes, and more time for what truly matters: great design.”
