Delivery & Shipping costs
The shipping costs incurred depend on the value of the order, the quality of the goods (size, weight) and the respective delivery address.
Should the actual shipping costs exceed the calculated shipping costs in individual cases, you will be contacted by our customer service team immediately. Delivery restrictions exist in our shop. p>
1) Delivery time
The delivery time is usually approx. 1-2 days from the date of receipt of the order or from the date of complete clarity of the order or after closing of the TeamShop and corresponding production time, usually approx. 6 weeks. Delivery dates and delivery periods are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as such in writing by CUORE of Switzerland GmbH. Current delivery times can be found on our website. If you request a subsequent change of the order, a new delivery time begins, and only with confirmation of the change. p>

Should you not be present upon arrival of your order UPS will leave a message.
Please inform by phone or e-mail with any damage of your parcel us as soon as possible after receipt.

3) Shipping notification
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the "packet number" for the shipment tracking. This number gives you the ability to track your shipment on its way to you. Thus, you always know where your ordered items are. p>
